When You Feel Like You Have Nothing Left to Give

God sees your weariness and will renew your strength.

"If these devotionals have been a blessing to you, consider supporting our ministry so we can continue sharing God’s word with women around the world. Your generosity helps spread His light! 🙏 ‘Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.’ – 2 Corinthians 9:7"

Key Verse:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28

Devotional:

Some days, you feel like you’re running on empty. You’re tired—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of responsibilities, caring for others while neglecting yourself, or simply battling an unseen heaviness that won’t lift.

Jesus understands. That’s why He invites you to come to Him when you’re weary. He doesn’t say, “Fix yourself first, then come.” He simply says, “Come.” He wants to carry what’s too heavy for you.

You don’t have to have it all together. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. God isn’t asking you to push through your exhaustion alone—He’s asking you to rest in Him. Let His presence renew your strength, one moment at a time.

Reflection & Prayer Prompt:

  • What burdens are you carrying today?

  • Ask God to refresh your heart and remind you that you don’t have to do this on your own.

Faith in Action:

Take a break today—whether it’s five minutes of quiet, a walk outside, or simply breathing deeply in God’s presence. Let Him refill your soul.

Prayer:

Lord, I am weary. I feel like I have nothing left to give. Please meet me in my exhaustion and renew my strength. Help me to rest in You and trust that You will carry what I cannot. Amen.
